Time in soil compromises quality, taste and pricing between tequilas. We take from eight to ten years to mature to a level that is acceptable. Tavi Tequila agave plants are hand picked from our own fields in the nutrient rich soils of the Jalisco highlands at 7000 feet elevation. Tavi Tequila is slow distilled from 100% blue agave juice and artesian water. No sugars are added to increase alcohol content or artificial flavors to create consistent color, producing the cleanest, purest agave fermented to perfection.
