Sophia Muscat & Ugni Blanc

Muscat & Ugni Blanc is grown on the slopes of the Balkan mountains. The wine is a skillful blend of the aromatic Muscat grape with the fresh, vinous Ugni Blanc. Taking the best of each to make an elegant semidry, delicate, aromatic white wine. It is traditionally produced as a dessert wine, but it can be served as an aperitif, with fish, white meats and fresh fruit. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 55 -60 degrees.

Sophia Cabernet Sauvignon

Bulgaria is a country with almost 14 centuries of history. It has preserved the mystery of the Orpheus songs, the treasures of the ancient Thracians and the memory of its legendary warriors. You can feel the magnetic spirit of the Bulgarians in this real Bulgarian red dry wine. This Cabernet provides the major contribution to the quality of red wines from Bordeaux. It is produced in all wine-growing countries worldwide and always yields the best quality wines. In the Sophia wine-growing region it yields excellent wines. This king of red wines is drunk at a temperature 4 degrees below the ambient temperature, but not lower than 55 degrees or higher than 77. It is especially good with dark meat.

Sophia Chardonnay

This Chardonnay originates in the Champagne province in France, but it is now produced on all continents, and has done remarkably well in the Bulgarian climate. The wine has a characteristic bouquet and is easy to recognize by tasting, which makes it very popular. It is best served slightly chilled with fish and white meat.
